1. 크랙 검사 장비 : Acoustic testing기술을 이용하며, 비파괴 방식으로 제품의 크랙, 결함, 무게 및 크기 모니터링, 어샘블리 공정 모니터링, 물질 강도, 접합부 품질, 주철 결절성, 복합소재 박리 현상 등등을 측정할 수 있는 장비입니다. 2. 소음 측정 카메라 (사운드 카메라) : 소음, 진동, 누설 부위 등등을 영상으로 구현하여 소음 진원지를 찾아서 개선할 수 있는 장비로써, 경량화, 이동성 용이, 우수한 측정 정밀도를 구현하며, 실링 / 가스 누설 (리크) 측정, 냉난방공조 시스템 (HVAC), 자동차, 변압기, 가전 제품 등등 산업 전반의 다양한 소음 / 누설을 측정할 수 있는 장비입니다. 3. 잔류 응력 측정기 : 유리, 플라스틱 등 투명 제품에 존재하는 잔류 응력이 적절히 존재하는지를 비파괴 방식으로 측정하여 품질 관리, 제품 개선을 주목적으로 하는 장비입니다. |
